information. As attorneys, we are bound by rules of professional conduct
that have stricter standards of confidentiality than those imposed
by the new law. We will continue to protect your right to privacy
of information provided to us under the strict professional standards
governing the treatment of client information.

When we provide you with estate planning, tax planning,
tax preparation, or other services, we collect nonpublic personal
financial information from you or from other sources with your approval.
The information includes information about your assets, business interests,
family situation and tax circumstances.

Unless you authorize us to release information or unless
it is required by law, our firm will hold all such information confidential
and will not release it to anyone outside the firm. This applies even
if you are no longer a client of our firm.

information. We retain records of services previously provided to
you. Those records are maintained with procedural, physical and electronic
safeguards that comply with the standards required by the California
Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys. We are dedicated to protecting

We do
not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors
to our website. If you choose to provide us with personally identifiable
information about yourself, by sending us e-mail, we may collect
and use that
information to contact you or to send you additional information.
